P.K.Construction Ltd. acted as Principle Contractor and Designer on this project. This included the development of a Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety file together with all information and documentation required under the then active 2007 CDM Regulations for the roles of Principal Contractor, Co-ordinator and Designer.
Built to accommodate a 300 tonne generator. Piled foundations. Heavily reinforced concrete slab, steel frame, cladding, drainage, hard landscaping.
